Her dedication to cooking began at a very young age, learning traditional Russian recipes from such a great teacher as her grandmother.  Years later, her curiosity about the world led her to travel to Europe, the Philippines, Italy, Venezuela, the U.S.A. and the Dominican Republic.  These trips allowed her to gain considerable experience and knowledge of other cuisines, eventually prompting her to open her own restaurant in Russia.

Drawn to ever-attractive Mediterranean cooking, she decided to begin a new stage of her life in Barcelona, and in this way discover the secrets of one of the world’s best cuisines.  She trained at the prestigious ‘Hofman Culinary School’, learning from masters such as Lluis Rovira.  She went on to work in various important gastronomic restaurants in the city, such as ‘El Bar Mut’, ‘Taverna Hofmann’, ‘Arroz’, all leading restaurants in market cuisine.  She created a new gastronomic project providing exclusive dinners and experiences on board yachts along the Barcelona coastline.  Her training and experience resulted in her being chosen as executive chef for the ‘Ninon Hotel’ in Dubrovnik, Croatia.  There she was able to develop a unique cooking style, combining traditional methods from different countries with the most avant-garde techniques.

In 2021 she eventually landed in San Sebastian, a city with a strong culinary tradition, where she has worked in the restaurant of the ‘Jaizkibel’ hotel in Hondarribia, whilst simultaneously organizing private gourmet dinners for both Spanish and French clients.

Now she is located in Gran Canaria, spreading her passion for gastronomy.
